• For Companies:
  • When you post roles on Rockstar, you decide whether they appear publicly or remain private.
  • For private roles, only candidates who have engaged or requested an introduction are considered.
• For Service Improvement: We may use aggregated and anonymized data to analyze and enhance our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party except when you expressly request an introduction to a company. If an introduction is requested, all candidate information you approve for sharing will be transmitted to the company.
