Welcome, and thank you for choosing Rockstar. We strive to provide seamless, high-quality recruiting support to help you quickly meet qualified candidates for your open roles. These Terms of Service explain how our services are delivered, how our billing and satisfaction guarantee work, and what you can expect when partnering with us.


1. Overview of Services

Rockstar offers a monthly recruiting service fee for each unique role (“campaign”). Once your role is live (i.e., after we email you to confirm launch), we begin sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring you have full visibility into our activity (e.g., profiles reviewed, outreach, screening calls).

We will invite you to a brief “calibration” discussion—typically lasting about 15 minutes— within 24 hours of the campaign going live to ensure we understand your ideal candidate profile.

Because Rockstar’s offering is a service rather than a physical product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. As noted in our Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our service, let us know— we will not charge you for that month’s services.
